We ship all orders via the USPS. All US, APO & FPO orders over $60 will have FREE shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with all of your purchases and our service, and we'll do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Every item sold by scraplovers.com is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a scraplovers.com purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days to receive a refund (less the cost of shipping) or replacement item.

Please mail your package to the address below and be sure to label the box with "Customer Returns" to ensure your account is credited properly. Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Scrap Lovers does not accept any returns for the following items: books, computer software, paper piecing patterns, or items not in resalable condition.
